By downloading, accessing or using Lurnly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Lurnly is an AI-powered guitar learning application that provides chord diagrams, lyrics, strumming patterns and AI-generated guitar lessons. The service is provided by MP Commerce AB.

• You must create an account to use Lurnly
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Free Plan:

• 10 Studio Credits upon registration
• Access to 15 songs in the library
• 3 AI Coach questions per day

Premium Plan:

• $14.99/month or $119.99/year
• 300 Studio Credits per month (max 600 rollover)
• Unlimited songs via AI
• 50 AI Coach questions per day

Studio Credits:

• Credits are used to generate AI lessons, fingerpicking versions, riffs and tabs
• Credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active
• Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
• Share your account with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

• Lurnly and its original content are owned by MP Commerce AB
• Song lyrics and chord data are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective copyright holders
• You may not copy, distribute or reproduce any content from Lurnly without permission

• Chord placements and lessons are generated by AI and may not always be 100% accurate
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all chord positions are correct
• Users can report incorrect chords using the in-app reporting feature

Lurnly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will be accurate.

MP Commerce AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Lurnly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
